Since 2009 when it was showed, for Antonio Lupi Fuoco has been a project the company invested time and important resources in.
It is the element that, more than every other, marked man’s evolution, inspired myths and legends, creating charm and appeal about itself. Antonio Lupi interprets the energy of fire, dedicating to it a project able to enhance its peculiarities and to develop its essential and evocative forms. The project, started with “Canto del Fuoco” Domenico de Palo drew in 2009 and with the most recent Skema, Babele and Filoskema by Mario Ferrarini, for Made Expo 2011, then expands with the line of fireplaces Bik that distinguish themselves for their new source of feeding: gas. Bik is a gas log with a watertight chamber and with a stable flow of heat. It is made of steel and covered with stone or any material provided that it is fireproof (plasterboard, brickwork, etc.) and is available both in the wall version and in the version to be placed in the middle of the room. The gas log has all the qualities of a fireplace, but not its limits. It is clean, it does not produce ash, it is not necessary to cleanse it often, it does not require fuel stocking and seasoning, it does not impose hard works such as wood cutting or transportation. Its installation is easy and quick. Bik is activated by a remote control with keys for the ignition, the power off and for the flame increase/decrease. It is equipped with a kit for the customization with wood and pebbles in ceramic logs with embers or white river pebbles.
